This is related to my exercise in the morning goal. I woke up early today and completed some exercises so I’m happy with that. Hopefully I can continue my success from today.

I’m not doing bad at this, I think I’ve had the goal for 5 weeks, so far I’ve run on Saturday twice, Sunday twice and not run at all once. I know my goal is for Saturday, but if I run on Sunday then I’m happy with that.
