1. waking up super early and finishing all your work before 9am so that you can enjoy the day stress free like it’s a weekend… (of course if you have the flexible type of work)
2. helping some less fortunate
3. making someone smile or even better, laugh
have you ever met someone in their 30s that still live and act like they’re in their teens or 20s? i don’t mean not to stay “young” and be youthful. in fact, i think all of us should never lose the “child” in us. however, there are some people i’m sure we’ve all met, who don’t age gracefully. women in their 30s trying to hold onto their 20s. men in their 40s who think they’re 20. i’m curious to see what are some of the factors, or “rules” or guidelines to live by as we age?
perhaps rule number one is:
1. set this goal as a goal :-)
2. don’t fight your age, embrace it
3. create your own unique style that fits “you” (this means if you want to be 21 your whole life, then go for it)
4. always remain in “learning” mode, just ‘cause you don’t go to school anymore doesn’t mean you shouldn’t keep learning
5. listen more than you speak
