Well I recently just got back from a very spontaneous trip to Portland and then took a very nice train ride all the way to LA :D. The leaves were all in the process of changing which was BEAUTIFUL! Being from the desert it is a real treat to see seasons like fall.
Which means that I have one more state down, Oregon. Yeah now I am at 19/50. Hooray! I hope to hit up Washington next, but who knows where I may go :D

Wow, so I am pretty dang stoked at the moment. I just had one amazing last couple of weeks. The Wednesday before last (14th) I woke up and just knew I needed to get out of town, it had been far too long and I needed a break. So since I couldn’t sleep I got on the internet and looked up place tickets. Not having much money at all right now I was doubtful that I could really go anywhere but I said to myself that if I found a plane ticket for under $100 dollars leaving that day or the next it was a sign and I was going to take it and just figure it out along the way. Haha! Well, turns out that I found a one way ticket for $87. Bum bum bum! A few hours later I was on my way to Phoenix and then to Portland :D.
Staying with Tim (and my other bro Justin moved there too now) was great! I love seeing my brothers, they are awesome!!! I was there for exactly a week departing the next Wednesday. The showed me their place and how they live. Tim showed me his school, Western Biblical Seminary. And Justin and I took the MAX into downtown and explored all over and ate some incredible food down there from a couple of little food stands! What a trip :D
Oh and I took the train back, well I took it as far a Fullerton, CA…I had something to do before I headed back home all the way :D.
It was totally worth it and I hope to make another visit again in the near future :D

Finally after having my passport for almost 3 years, I broke it in!
I was able to go on a mission trip to Tonga for two weeks with a team, which was incredible!
We stopped in New Zealand on the way over and back for a night each, which means I officially have stamps from two countries! That may sound kinda trivial to some, but it is a great start.
The thing is I am not quite sure what continent I can check off my list if any. Haha. I was out in the south Pacific Ocean, and was not really part of any continent by the geological definition. Though, I guess it would be considered part of Australia by a geographic definition… I still want to make sure to travel to Australia though :D
I was officially bitten by the international travel bug, not just dreaming about it and I can’t wait to get more! Now to fill that passport up with stamps :D.
