I’ve lost two stone and am going to the gym regularly. Still a bit on the flabby side but feel fitter and more confident and much happier in myself.

...not necessarily every month, but when I do I don’t feel guilty or feel I have to justify it any more.
....as realised that I’m not really a hobby person. I enjoy reading, bookcrossing, geocaching, puzzles….etc, I don’t need anything else.
