Things have changed around here, and only for the better! I AM in my first home that is all my own, and really excited about everything!!!!

After living together with someone for nearly 14 years, under the “pretense” of man and wife, and thinking that we would be together “forever”, we are splitting up!
The house (in his name – due to my not having much credit rating ten years ago)that we both designed, invested in and labored on, is finished -right down to the landscaping, the two kids I brought to the relationship are grown, and just out of the nest… guess what I am now no longer needed! My “long time pretend husband” has everything under control and going for him right now…This means I get to start over from scratch… so I hope to buy my own first home… it feels just like being a beginner again. I am excited can you tell?
