It may not be a spa…but I am going on an actual vacation – so that’s a start. And we’re going to the beach…I’m just going to lay in the sun for 7 days and not worry about anything else.

I’ve joined sparkpeople.com and it’s great!! This is a free online dieting tool. You can track the food you eat, your exercise, participate in the message board, join groups—really fantasic.

I recommend this site to anyone out there that has a busy schedule, but wants some help with losing weight!
