Dried Fruit.. 21 months ago

Recently I’ve been addicted to Sweet dried fruit like Dates and figs, I know it’s better then eating lollies, although in the case of dates not much.(Dried dates have a G.I of 100, and over 50 Grams of sugar for a “serving”)
So I will try to stick to fresh fruit from now on.

Ended up eating 100gram bar=[ 21 months ago

So obviously I cannot wean myself off it.
So screw it I have to go cold turkey and just give up.
I will get bad withdrawl symptoms methinks=)

Going Good 21 months ago

I’ve Been gaining a fair bit of strength recently, and just added Power Cleans to my training and after learning how to do it properly I added about 30 pounds to my max Power Clean.
