well i was thinkin, well i know im gonna eat tomorrow, i have to or my family wont get off my back and itll be more noticable to them that im not eating
well anyways so today instead of eating around the usual 300 calories, im gonna add like 200, so that way itll give my body a little bit of a warning that its going to eat, and that way, all the food i eat tomorrow wont go straight to fat as i put it in my mouth, you know?
well i dont know if its a good idea yet, what do yall think??

Well hello all
well im in the process of this like many, scared to death about thanksgiving
my hips are starting to show more so YAY!!!
yesterday all i had to eat was a lean cuisine, omg i was so full! only 230 calories so thats not bad
ive lost 2 pounds in the past 5 days, need to excercise more, want the flat perfect waist if you know what i mean, well
everyone keep up the good work!

hey everyone, woah its so great to see how this sites exploded.
i remember when i came it had only like 23 entries at first
but i love it!
anyways, im back
and for you that care im about 110 right now, and i want to get down to 90, and anywho, about 2 months ive been severely watched and not able to loose any weight but now my dads working alot again and no one to watch what i eat, so yea
um anywho i found this site about 2 months ago and it was a really good little forum site but then my computer crashed and i had to reload everything so like i lost it! but anywho, if anyone has any sites or even any tips for me that would be great
