Day 2…success! I began with my healthy cereal and no fat milk…then had a Smart One’s meal…had a yogurt…and finished with apples and peanut butter. I know that was too much sugar too late in the day, but I had resisted my Hershey Nuggets all day long! I am making progress…just can’t wait to see the actual changes on the scale. Not much exercise since I put in a 12 hour day…we’ll see what tomorrow brings..

Shedding the pounds!

Okay, so I walked my dog today, which was nice. I usually rely on the backyard for that ;). I feel like I should’ve done more, but at the same time at least I did do something. I didn’t have any Hershey Nuggets or popcorn today…I had cereal, 3 health bars (I know that was too many), a Smart One’s Meal, and a yogurt. So, I’m making progress. Day One…success!
