How I did it
How I did it: First of all, I set a date on which I would stop smoking. I though midnight might be a good time, but actually I stayed awake for later than that and smoked until I went to bed. I read Allen Carr's book about quitting the habit and found it a great motivator. I was still smoking while reading the book.. and carried on reading it once I had quit.
