I was 165 pounds a year ago and now I’m 138 pounds.
I want to lose 20 more pounds but I’m starting to lose motivation.

How I did it: I ate a salad with my meal 2x a day.ate cereal for breakfast.exercised 3-4 times a day 2 cereal bars a day.ate whatever i wanted once-twice a week (maybe that's why it took so long to lose the weight) Read how I did it…

morning- cereal 200 calories
lunch – peanut butter sandwich and 100 calorie snack (400 calories)
current weight : 70.4kg
