So, I try to ‘quit’ every week or so. I can go a day, even four without cigarettes. The hardest part is when I’m at school or with friends. If I need to take a break, I’ll go smoke. I’m not going to lie, it’s an easy way to make friends or just socialize.
The problem is that I feel that if I don’t buy a pack of cigarettes tomorrow that I’ll ‘miss out’ on something. I’m going to try my hardest to try and just NOT buy cigarettes tomorrow. Yet, I can ALWAYS rationalize WHY I would buy a pack. Like, ‘Oh I’ll only smoke ONE’ or ‘Hey I worked out yesterday it’s okay!’. Pray for me lol.
