i’ve been dancing for 10 years and i have brilliant posture when i’m dancing, but crap posture when i’m not. so i want to stand up straight and sit up straight (which will hopefully make me look taller :)

i’ve been dancing for 10 years and i have brilliant posture when i’m dancing, but crap posture when i’m not. so i want to stand up straight and sit up straight (which will hopefully make me look taller :)
i’ve been trying for a couple of weeks and it seems like whenever i get a reasonable amount of sleep i am more tired in the morning. and one night i got 3.5 hours of sleep and i was all jumpy and happy the next day (with only about 100 mL of weak mocha too).
maybe my body just needs to learn to sleep more…
