but i took a tiny step towards stillmindedness on the train home today – i did some japa of the navakar mantra
(japa is chanting, but not singing)
our new book presentation (an internal thing) today!
it was fun!
(albeit a bit nerve wracking. many upper ups were there, for some reason!)
1. took a dance class – got my body moving despite feeling heavy and out of sorts and out of breath… i felt better after class, of course.
2. resisted pizza or bagel after dance class
3. had good interactions at the ref desk at the central branch today! (am there once a week, and at times i end up feeling a bit intimidated at the ref desk there vs at my lil branch. but today felt more confident)
