I did Michael Thurmond`s “6-Day Makeover”. In general,I was sticking to my nutritional plan,with two or three occasional slips. I didn`t make the exercise part. If I did,I would have drop more weight,I`m sure. But even without it,I was content with the results. I lost one kilo and centimeters of some of my measurements.At the end I liked it so much that now I continue with it introducing some slight changes.

I bought the new book of Michael Thurmond (the popular fitness and nutrition “guru” from the TV show “Extreme Makeover”) and started his 6 day program.Today is my fourth day.First,you have to define your body type and then follow the meal plan designed specially for your metabolism.The meals are six per day- three main courses and three snacks. You have to eat small portions in 2-3 hours to keep your metabolism active.It is a low calorie plan although Thurmond advertises that “you will be eating much”.For those with low blood pressure and low sugar levels there are additional precautions.
Also,you have to spend 45 minutes every day with some low-intensity aerobic activity like jogging,running,biking,etc.
I have already dropped one kilo for two days,and two centimeters from my waist.I was very hungry in the first two days but today it seems better.
