Its hard not to eat the wrong food. Everywhere you look theres a mcdonalds or burger kind that cant be resisted. Even right now im wanting it just because i said the name. Thats when you turn to subway. Which is what ive been doing lately. Even after those drunk times after the bar and all you really want is a good cheeseburger, go to subway and grab a sub. Its actually really good even when ur drinking. haha.. also another thing thats hard to stop is salt. I used to use salt on pretty much everything i ate. My mother gave me heck one day and bought me some sea salt. Which really helps. Regular salt makes ur body retain water but sea salt actually tricks your body and makes it believe it has enough water. Just something to think about.. the small things count and make a difference. If anyone knows some more let me know. We all know the big ones lets get the little ones too
