Baking a meat loaf as I am typing this. Also have started using my menu planning again. Doing well with this!
Went to the library just over a week ago. I checked out 3 books, I’ve read 2 of them and part of the 3rd. I’ve also read 1 book that my youngest son checked out for me to read to him. He got bored with it, but I finished it!
Weighed myself today- 186.5
Not good.
Received a new diet tip. Chew EACH bite 20 times. Drink an 8 oz glass of water before each meal. I know 2 people who have lost wonderful amounts of excess weight doing only these 2 things.
