Enter a Handcycling Race
Goal

I love wheelchair racing and i have always been courius about handcycling… well i made a goal to compete in a race one of these days. I love the open road and just love to be outside, plus this will keep me in good shape also. The cycles are very expensive but i have been doing my research and seeing what is going to be the best deal for. THe ultimate goal is to attend and enter the Iron Man, i know it will take many years for now, but i know i will get there!

Well i have a couple of I think useful inventions i have in the works and i hope they become a reality soon and began to take form, just another way to try to get ahead in this world and fullfill my dreams on never having to worry about money and take care of my mom and dad as they took care of me in the past!

Ha ha on the wheelchair that is, “Project Reality”
well I started on Mon, Sept 25th and weighed in at 170lbs. My goal is to cut down as much fat as I need to to were I am happy with myself, but the ultimate goal is to keep it off and be healthy for life! I have been on hardcore diets before and looked good, Back in July 04 I weighed 157lbs and ended the diet on Oct 27th,04 cut down to 107lbs. Total of 50lbs lost, and I have the pics to prove it, i will post them. But i slacked off for a long time and gained it all back plus more. So i am at my biggest ever. I am 5’3 in height and walk in crutches daily and use my wheelchair for long distances’. I am very motivated this time around and i will see how much i have lost on Nov 22. Enjoy a good thanksgiving meal and get back into it and continue my goal.
