I'm doing 34 things
I’ve been 100% honest lately and it really feels good. It’s not as hard you would think but you do end up helping people more often (since you can’t lie to say you have something better to do). I’m very unhappy with myself today… I told this guy he couldn’t bum a cigarette off me because I didn’t have any left (but I did). I feel like crap and I can’t stop beating myself up about it.

I finally bought my first guitar, a little Hohner, and I’ve started learning chords! I am very excited.
I started running on vacation so that I would associate it with feeling good and having fun. It worked! I’ve been running at least every other day since April!
