I would definitely recommend goint to a running suhi place if you´re trying it for the first time (and you can afford it). You´ll get to try lots of different sushi so you can easily find something you like and if it is a good place they´ll have some other stuff apart from suhi, too. And it´s just too funny watching the little plates hobbling by on the conveyor belt.
