it’s like sadness…like feelings…you can’t see it, you can’t touch it, but u can feel it, i mean if you ask me ” What’s pain” my answer will be slapping you, you can only understand it…and you can do that through lot of things,like: meditation, restoration, concentration…and of course by patience coz you need to keep practicing it..til you understand it..
