try, try again 18 months ago

I have quit on this twice, but I really think I need to spend more time on my creative side and I like the approach of the book. I love new sparkly processes—but hate structure. It’s a strange tension in me. Anyway, I want to give this a chance (again). I have to struggle with my need to be perfect about the exercises. It always bogs me down.

  1. grapes, hummus, and pita for breakfast
  2. 2 lovely vacation days ahead of me (no work for me tomorrow!)
  3. Perfect weather today (quite unusual for DC)
  4. good workout
  5. getting to stay up late on a Thursday
  6. Excitement about the train trip tomorrow to Connecticut (so much better than driving).
  7. Discovering my post workout pain is due to a specific muscle (ahh, that pesky sartorious)
