Ok, so I gained .2 pounds this week. I would love to beat myself up over it, but that wouldn’t do anything. So I continue to watch my sugar intake, which has been horrible lately. I just feel like crap when I eat too much sugar…can hardly function or stay awake. It seems like such a silly goal, but it feels more attainable than “Lose 50 lbs.”
