Ok school started, so im taking this as a new begining.
Um summer plan did NOT pan out.
i actually gained weight…great.
But Hey,life happens.
I hope to lose 30lbs by Feb. that gives me 5 months.totally do-able.

change of plans:
its officially summer yay!!!
heres the plan:
-walks everyday
-sit ups, crunches and pushups(GOD HELP ME!) everyday
-riding my bike on weekends
-no junk during the week
-drink nothing but water (ok one glass a day of another drink)
-no more than 1600 cals a day
goal:be strong and healthy by the end of summer. hopefully lose atleast 20 lbs. lets see!
