Giving up soda was not easy but I haven’t had a pop now for 4 weeks. The motivating factor was my dentist. She said better to do something now why I still had healthy teeth.

We had the annual ASTE conference and I came down a day early and skied at Alyeska. Beautiful mountain, gorgeous views of the bay, decent snow, and advanced level skiing abounds.
Not as bad as it sounds

I live in Barrow, Alaska and joining the Polar Bear Club is required. Do it in August, have a warm car running close by, bring towels, make it quick.
Oh, and if a fellow named Rob Picou says he’ll watch your baby while you take a dip watch out. He may drive off with him in the back seat and not notice till he gets home.
