Trying to figure out how to get her to sleep throughout the night.

I love my daughter more than anything in the whole world. When she smiles the, the whole world lights up. She has always had problems sleeping at night though, and my fiance and I are really trying to figure out how we can make this an easier transition for her. She only will sleep for a few hours at a time and then wake up ready to party for a few more hours, then go back sleep for a few more hours. This occurs all night long. She is almost 8 months now and if anyone has any ideas PLEASE let me know!

Almost 8 months ago I had a beautiful baby girl, but during and even post pregnancy I have managed to balloon to gigantic proportions. For the last 2 weeks I have been working very hard at trying to regain some sort of control over my weight and exercise situation. I have already lost 12 pounds.

I have been struggling for a while with finding the motivation to make the right changes. I had gone into see my Primary Doctor and found out that my heart is still not in the best of condition, since my pregnancy. During the second half of my pregnancy I began having complications with my heart. At this last doctor’s visit, I was told that if I don’t change my ways within ten years I could be facing heart failure.

With all of that being said I jumped online to and began tracking my caloric intake and monitoring my exercise. It is a great help to me. It even gives you, your ideal caloric intake to safely lose weight. It’s like weight watchers, but for free. I have increased my activity level by really stepping up my cleaning routine at home. I try to stay moving all day long.
