i gotta remember that i dont have to be sitting on a pillow to do this, i usual end up meditating at random times and in random places but once i move out i do want to set up a meditating area : )

How I did it
How I did it: I started off by listening to a CD, in the car while I drove around. The CD talked about vegetarianism and all of the positive aspects of it, blood pressure drop, weight loss, over all positive impact on ones mood. I also located local meat free restaurants and was able to get free magazines that helped with a lot of information. Read how I did it…

i am pretty much vegan, i just gotta fine tune a few things like getting into the habit of checking all my food and my clothing, i did give up honey : )
its going good!

so far i lost 15 pounds and i am really motivated to keep going, going vegetarian really helped my weight since i don’t eat meat,seafood,cheese,milk,eggs.
