How I did it: I just bought something to store them away so that I can do what I need to do with them later. B4 it was all over the place and taking up personal space and in most of it was in this big ugly bag. So I just bought small storages and classified them and put them away. Read how I did it…

How I did it: I just keep looking for a low income apartment...www.craigslist.com helped a lot. I almost gave up but one day I just came across the right add and I jumped on it and got it ... it's been 4 months since and I'm really enjoying my new beautiful and bigger apartment in a much better neighborhood and it's all just great. And of course I'm enjoying paying less for more. Read how I did it…

So I decided after failing so much…I’m not fat but also my body is not in the ideal shape I want to be so therefore I need to do something about it instead of wishing wishing wishing…
I put myself on a soft diet meaning I’m not going hardcore on anything because I’ll just crave everything afterward…so slowly cut out on the junk food but know that I can have a little from time to time and I’m eating healthier but not to the point where everything is tasteless. Substitute my junk food with fruits and when I mess up and eat out for lunch, I’ll make it up for dinner and breakfast the next day. So I’m taking it slow and I’ve already lost 5 lbs. So it feels great. I just have 5 more pounds to go and then I can start working on a weekly exercise routine to tone up. In the meantime I’m also looking for yoga classes to add into my routine.
I think I’m doing pretty good with my diet and it will be a lie if I tell you that I haven’t had any fast food or ice cream but I’ve cut out on a lot of stuff like chips, cake and other sweet stuff that get me going. And if I do buy fast food I’m choosing something on their menu that’s healthier like salad or soup instead of french fries etc…
