How I did it
How I did it: Sugar and water (to make a simple syrup), instant coffee, a little vanilla and vodka. Piece of cake!Bring 4 cups each of water and sugar to a boil (until the sugar liquifies) to make a simple syrup. Remove this from the heat and add 3/4 cup of instant coffee and a teaspoon of of vanilla extract and stir/whisk in a large bowl.
