I gave up smoking about 5 years ago.
I am a non-smoker.
I don’t smoke.
I must have smoked 60 or more per day, but I have no idea really how many, because I used to buy them by the 100 or 200 in supermarkets or abroad. I never went anywhere without a full, unopened packet plus the packet I was smoking, a minimum of 30, and sometimes I’d buy more from machines while I was out. I still find it difficult to believe how good I was at lying to myself about how much I smoked. In the week that I gave up, I found half full packets in every kitchen drawer, in the bathroom, in each door and the glove compartment of my car, hidden in bookcases, in my sock drawer. As emergency supplies.
I was addicted bigtime.
So if I can do it, so can you.
It’s really not that difficult. All it takes is time.
You can do it. Most certainly.
