I’ve been heading to the public library more and more often. I can’t believe how underutilized it’s been to this point. I go there, peruse the aisles and find so many interesting books. I then read some of it there and (if satisfied) check it out and finish it at home. The library has a 3 week policy on returns, but i try to get them back in 2 weeks. By doing so, I have a slightly encouraging pressure to meet a deadline and the motivation to do it!
I joined a gym and have been going at least 3 times a week for the entirety of this summer. IT FEELS GREAT. Even if i don’t feel like going, i force myself because no matter how i feel before, afterwards I feel rejuvinated. If I’m tired before, I feel energized post. Headache/tension before-> de-stressed/relaxed post.
