i got on the scale this morning and it said 220, that is 8 pounds down from where i have been stuck at for months. i have been doing a lot of walking at work and not eating as much. on days off, i should just keep on my feet for a while with housework or go for a walk and eat a small meal for my lunch like i usually do on my lunch break. hopefully the scale will continue to fall.

I have finally made Hubby his lasagna, and he enjoyed it. Plus there was enough left over for me to take to work today for lunch. Two good things!

today i got an email from the massachusetts state archives. a very nice researcher gave me the details on my g-g-g-great grandfathers death certificate, which included his father’s name. this is a big lead for me!
