A bit of work required here. I think I need to change the focus away from the horribleness of the procedure and look at what the reason is behind them. Each time I have one, I will find out how I’m progressing in my CML battle and will treat myself to something very nice afterwards.

Well, I guess a lot of stuff here is out of my control. But for the things that aren’t, I’m going to do everything I can to reach this goal. I’ve got no option but to get there :-)
What do I need to do? Learn everything I can about the disease, live a healthy lifestyle, keep the doctors on their toes by asking millions of questions.
I’ve been doing this off and on for about 4 years. I don’t know why I don’t stick at it – it’s really, really simple. Procrastination probably.
Anyway, I think if I can get this one down a lot of my other goals will just flow. It’s all about getting myself organised and stopping procrastinating.
So here’s the commitment – let’s see how it goes…
1. Do routines daily, starting TODAY 3/7!
2. Do daily missions, starting tomorrow 4/7.
3. Update my weekly schedule to fit – 4/7.
5. Stick to my weekly schedule from next week – 10/7.
6. Let go of my stuff and do the decluttering when the emails arrive.
