I am in a class which I go to every week, I also like to practice with taxi drivers.

Having started brilliantly and managed to run nearly 5 km and do Jillian Michal’s 30 day shred for 2 weeks I had a serious setback of strained knee. Now it is better I am finding it hard to get back into it.
Monday tomorrow. I must try again. I can do it!
This is not going well….. I had a great 3 weeks. I was waking up at 5, getting up at 5.15 and doing exercise for an hour…. Getting loads done, however, I appear to have hurt my knee so I can’t run. And… I have started watching Prison break so it is hard to go to bed at 9…. I feel I am losing control of this one. I must get back on the 5 am wagon.
I have a very western menu planned. I hope they like it.. No rice in site!
This is going really well. I have now been exercising nearly everyday for 2 weeks…. Woo hoo….
Not going so well… I have not been able to get up at 5, just been snoozing. Today I got up at 6.30 which is still pretty early considering I don’t actually have to get up this early. Try again tomorrow. It doesn’t help that it is cold outside of bed at the moment! Try again tomorrow…
I have done this a million times but I want to do it again. There is nothing like going on a tough 2 or 3 day hard hike to kick start an exercise routine. There are a few here in Vietnam that I would like to do….. Just need to find the time….
Apart from my rest day yesterday, where I still rode my bike to work, this is going well. I am managing to run for 32 minutes without dying or giving up half way through (a problem I have had before) and also doing a Jillian Michael’s 30 day shred which is a complete killer but I am sure it is very good.
I keep expecting to have immediate results but that is rather unrealistic.
I must keep this up… I am doing the best I have been doing for as long time.
This one is going quite well (although yesterday I nearly came off colliding with a side mirror, my fault) I only live 3 km away so why have I not been doing this all the time? I know why, I was too lazy to get the bike fixed. In the end it took 10 mins to do it including travelling time! It is crazy how things sometimes seem so difficult in Hanoi…. The bike still needs a service (the gears don’t work properly) but that hardly matters as Hanoi is so flat. How I will do it in Summer is another question tho.
I just feel so much less rushed in the day. It really is working well. I think I can keep it up, but I am not going to count this one as done for a while.
I am sure starting this goal after a bout of serious jetlag helped a lot. I want to go to bed early because of it! So far, in the few days I have been doing it, it has had a profound effect on the amount of time I have. I am exercising in the morning, a leisurely breakfast and do somethings for me! Love it…. It is 8.15 now…. I’m tired so I think I’ll head to bed shortly. The Obama inaugration starts at middnight, so I won’t be watching that… I’ll catch up on it later!
but, getting your ears syringed is one of the best things ever! Must do it!
Have been running for 30 mins 2 days in a row! Woo hoo! I just wish I could recall how good it feels to complete it before I work out….
I did well, except I was up at 4am because of jetlag.

This is an important one. Something that once I have done, will take a lot of my mind.
1. I will repay my boyfriend by paying all household expenses until it is paid off.
2. Keep a record of expenses for 6 weeks so I can see if I am keeping in these guidelines.
35% Housing
15% Debt
15% Transportation
25% Other Living Expenses
10% Savings
By the end of February, I should have a clear idea on what on earth I spend my money on. I then should be able to come up with a budget.
Before February, I hope to include in my budget, my 10% short term savings and also, my deposit for a house savings.I will then enter ALL my transactions in to a spreadsheet, probably on google docs.
