Investments 2 days ago

I also get frustrated when I feel like I have SO many improvements to make. Sometimes it feels like if I’m not where I want to be NOW, I’ll never get there. But I have to stop thinking like that. This year is a HUGE growing experience for me. I’ve already made so many improvements and grown so much and I know I will continue to grow. I don’t have to be ‘perfect’ now. I have my whole life to get to where I want to be. The things I’m working on now are investments in my future.

Balance 2 days ago

I decided to slow things down and stop worrying about getting so many things done. I was hoping I would be less stressed… but now I’m getting behind on things. I’m behind on my Japanese classes and in danger of falling too far behind. I haven’t written anything worthwhile in almost a month, and I never feel like I’m fully prepared for my classes.
I need to strike a balance. I don’t want to be constantly stressing about getting things done. But I need to feel as though I’m making progress, even if its slow progress.
