It wasn’t the best looking cake. The recipe had me make the icing too thin. So, it was dripping all over the place. I think next time I’ll add the milk a little slower. It’s a Chocolate Chocolate Chip cake. It was really good, but super rich. You pretty much have to have vanilla ice cream with it. I’m kind of a healthy guy, so I think next time I’ll try to make something not so sugary. I figured I could splurge on my first try. :)

He was in Minneapolis signing books. Super nice guy. Funny. I had him sign my book with something random and he made a good joke about it. I was there with my brother, his wife, and the wife’s sister. We were near the end of the line. So, we got to talk to him a little bit longer than most people. He’s pretty chill. However, after meeting him, I watch his show less often. I’m not sure why, you’d think I’d watch it more. But, maybe seeing that he was so normal made him seem less “famous”? Cool guy, though.
