How I did it: I have traveled to every province thanks to ringette tournaments, nationals and competitions. It's lovely having the opportunity to do so. I have worked so hard to be at the level of ringette i'm at and it's a bonus being able to travel along with it. Read how I did it…
today i am thankful for where i live. as a kid i’ve always wanted to live in a big city because it was boring here (town population 500). but now i realize i love how my life is because i am a country girl and i can just imagine how different everything would be if i was raised in the city.
i get to go to school wearing sweats and no makeup every day without being judged.
i may have less friends than city girls, but they are the best friends i could ask for. and i’d rather have my best friends than a million stranger friends.
one of my favorite things is when someone from the city asks if we ride horses to school or if we know what lululemon or abercrombie is. hahahaha, i’m not oblivious just cause i live outside the big city.
