I eat way too much candy. I need to limit my candy intake. I am thinking that to start I should try to only have 200-300 calories worth of candy each day. That probably still sounds like a lot to most people, but at least it is a step in the right direction for me.

I have been very sporadic about doing this past winter. I am finally getting back on track with my running. The last two weeks I have run four times a week! I am feeling better too.

Trying new foods kind of makes me nervous. I guess I am a little picky. I would like to be able to try sushi even though I probably won’t like it. At least I will be able to say I did it. Right?
