i can’t seem to wake up earlier no matter what time i go to bed. it makes me feel like crap. i hate rushing to work and not being completely ready. it ruins my morning, every morning

I need to lose 80lbs and that’s not even my final goal…I need to lose 80 just to get back down to what I was when I graduated high school…but it wasn’t my lowest weight….
This is bad.
Well…whatever. I’m trying again…
Yesterday I had disgusting slim-fast for B & L and subway for dinner and I went to the gym for two hours…burned 900 calories…I also took a multi-vitamin and some fiber…trying to cover all my bases. Someday I would love to incorporate healthy foods like fruits and vegetables but for right now… a meal in a can is the most realistic for me
It’s kind of dissapointing to look back at old entries and realize how much time has gone by. I was on a really good path to making a lot of changes before I got kicked out of my parents house. I stopped going to the gym because I didn’t have my shoes and workout clothes and couldn’t afford to replace those items…not to mention my every free minute was spent trying to search for a new apt. ANYWAY. my point is…i stopped going to the gym. gained EVEN MORE weight. So…I don’t know…I guess for the short-term I can keep this goal…but when I lose it, I will be the same as when I first started writing on this site…...
