Ok, so today I woke up and I was supposed to use my treadmill, but I didn’t. We’re going on a trip and we’re leaving wednesday, so I cleaned the truck out. It was disgustingly dirtyy, and so was I when I as finished. hha. I was all sweaty and nasty. I was like, lovelyy. First time I ate was around 1pm. I had a small bowl of hamburger helper, and my stomach hurt after that. Then around 3 or 4 I had two pieces of toast, one with strawberries preserves and the other with apricot. It was good. Then Later I had a bowl of pickled red cabbage. It’s interesting. Then later I had an ever smaller bowl of hamburger helper. And thats it.
Ok, so yesterday I got up and had more banana nut crunch cereal, so its all gonneee now. Then I had a bowl of peaches.. they were sourr, that was around 12ish, then we had dinner around 4:30. we had steak and salad. it was yummy. Then i waited about 30 minutes and had some cake and ice cream.. yeahh.. not exactly healthy, but thats what i hadd.
Ok, so yesterdy I left here and had a roastbeef sandwich with horsradish sauce on a roll.. or however you spell it. Anyway, it wasn’t that good, so I wont have another one. Then later I had another sandwich around 4pm after going outside and cleaning in the 90 degree weather, I think I burned a lot of calories doing that. Then I ate again at 8:30pm, I had another sandwhich,this one was ham and cheese on the honey wheat bread, and I had another half a sandwhich that my mom didn’t want, which was on a roll. Then I had a little piece of lemon pie. yummy. and that’s all I had.
Today, I ate banana nut crunch cereal with a banana. Then I did things and went out for a while to the store. I got back at 3:30 and ate a ham and cheese sandwhich on a roll again. Later, in about an hour I’m going to have salad with tuna fish.
