Weddings are what spreadsheets were made for. I can’t tell you enough how making lists helped make our wedding go perfectly. Yes you can go overboard with the planning but if you want to budget, decide who to invite, write out what needs doing, when and by whom etc then you have to use a spreadsheet as things change and there isnt enough paper in a pad to keep writing new lists every time!

One third down...
Well we have moved to a new house with a big(ish) garden so that is one third of this thing down. Now we just have to plant the herbs and the veg. Although we have all the books in the world we havent ever planetd veg before so god knows what we’ll produce.

Having moved to a land-locked country a couple of year back this sisnt going to be a thing i do in the near future. Perhaps i’ll have to lay some plans down to save enought so i can retire to the sea (or a big enough lake!)
