I am going to be realistic with this goal and take it slowly cause I want to lose this weight for the long term and live a healthy lifestyle. Its way to easy to get in to the want it now mind frame which only ends up not working and putting me back in square 1 or negative square one. I am graduating at the end of this year and family from all over the world are coming so want to look good. First step is to watch what I eat, so I know my weakness is when other people make my meals especially dinner so I have started doing this for myself, second step is to exercise at least 5hrs a week which is definately manageble I’ve started running but don’t want to get shin splints so need to lose more weight to keep up the running and really get into it.
