I’ve definitely replaced my habit of drinking sugary juices. I’m still not quite drinking enough water, but definitely drinking more than before! =]
This was so amazing! I participated in a one day workshop with a school club and worked up a good sweat! My muscles were sore for days! I definitely want to take some more classes in the future.
I participated in this for a term. It was fun and the people there were really friendly. The moves we learned were more like a routine, so unless your partner was in that class, it might be difficult to dance together and you’d just be lost. It was an overall good experience though. =]
