the good part, not the bad part. ever since i gained some weight after cheer was over, i kind of hit a plateau and havent been able to bring my weight down since…but now i think im finally fed up with being fat!
as of right now i weigh 114 lb (a HUGE number for me) I want to get it down to 105 eventually, but im starting realistically so i dont get discouraged and give up. so: 112 by the end of tomorrow. from there, i want to hit and STAY AT 109. i wont set a date for that one yet cuz it depends on how well i do with my first one.
then, once summer conditioning starts in a month, i want to get it down to a constant 105 and then, if all goes as planned (which it rarely ever does, but this time, it WILL), i will do some major fasting before my 18th b-day in october and get it below 18! (i REALLY want to be able to say that im 18 and under 100 lbs).
I know its alot of weight to lose (15lbs) but i figure that its only so high becuz im at such an unusually high number right now and once i get back to normal (105-110) it wont be such a big drop…right?
