How I did it: I had an internship with a music site over the summer, but when i saw the TONY listing I knew for sure I wanted to work there. So I sent in a cover letter resume set and was completely surprised that I got an email back for an interview the very next day! (and that never, ever happens) so anyway, everything worked out and now i'm a happy intern. Read how I did it…
