I’ve been working with a website that helps with healthy lifestyles and weight loss and I am learning the worth of food, and sticking to a realistic calorie count each day. Sometimes I do eat when I’m not hungry, but it’s planned food not boredom food and that makes all the difference
Well, I haven’t tken up Yoga or Pilates. IUhave however convinced a friend to come to the gym with me. Originally because it would be funny watchign a 6’6” guy doing Aerobics, and it was, but now we are gym buddies. THe best part of this is the stretching. With a buddy we are both less likely to skip the stretching, and wahts more we help each other to go a liottle further on our stretches which should in the long run improve flexibility for the both of us.
A reminder keeps coming through my inbox about his and it just bugs. The DVD is still sitting on my shelf I just have no inclination to watch it.
At some point I will, probably, but …eh.
