School just started back… and I am worn out every day when I get home. I take a nap for about and hour and then do homework or whatever else is going on. I usually don’t make it to bed until around 10:30 or so…and I have to get up at 6:00a.m. My goal is to be in bed by around 9:30. I know it’s not the full 8 hours, but I think 1 hour every night will help. I also am going to try to stop taking naps after school so I can sleep better at night.
