Today I decided will be the beginning of ‘tone my body’ 2010. Ha. Its a miserable day in Wellington, cold, wet and windy. I did an hour of stretching(yoga and pilates) I havent stretched for a while, so Im feeling a bit tender. I know what it takes and am not afraid to put in the work. JUST DO IT is my attitude. I guess its partially out of vanity, but also a step towards being fitter and staying reasonably fit.
