My friends gave me a travel diary so that I could write down my thoughts and feelings while I’m staying in another country. I haven’t left yet, but I think it’s going to be more like a travel scrap book. I hope to fill ‘em with good memories so that I can share them with my friends when I get back.

I got an Education Internship about four weeks ago. Now I’m just waiting for my Polish long-stay visa to arrive. I’m due to leave for Poland on the third week of July.
I’m excited and anxious at the same time. It’s going to be the first time I’m going to live away from my parents and friends. I’m going there alone, with no one to depend on but the Lord Jesus. Oh God, have mercy on me.
High school and college life were fun… but now that they’re over, it got me thinking “Who am I again?” It was fun to discover how many people have the same interests, same problems, same goals like I did, but amidst all the sameness, I somehow feel as if I’ve lost that part of me that makes me different and unique from all the others.
I want to discover who I am apart from the expectations of the world.
