get my headaches under control
I'm working SO hard on this. 1 month ago

For the migraines, I keep a journal on when and possibly why, how long, etc. I’ve tried 6 of the different Triptans, and only one works even a little bit. I tried beta blockers, and reacted badly. For the daily headaches, I’m now on Amitriptyline, which hasn’t been completely effective but does help with my sleep schedule. I’ve tried chiropracty, which helps with the neck pain, but does not keep migraines or headaches at bay. I’ve taken magnesium and fish oil supplements. I’ve had an MRI, which was negative. I have a consult with a neurologist in a couple of days.

I am awfully frustrated by this.

So, I don’t have a list list, but there are a number of go-to dishes that I can prepare off the top of my head, and I don’t feel in a cooking rut.



Get back down to the weight I was pre-Paxil (read all 5 entries…)

I’m at 140 now and fit in size 9-11 pants. Woohoo!

10 more pounds and I’m where I really like to be. Not too skinny, but just right.
